Join us on Sunday, February 8, for our next regular meeting of the Matthews Artists Guild. Social time starts at 2:00, with the opportunity to meet and chat with fellow artists. The meeting starts at 2:30, followed by a presentation by guest artist Kathy Rorie. An accomplished abstract artist, Kathy will share with us where she finds her inspiration and how her work has evolved through the years.
We meet downstairs at the McDowell Arts Center, located at 125 East McDowell Street in Matthews. Our meetings are free and open to the public.

Kathy Rorie is a North Carolina artist who resides in Weddington with her husband Buck. Her work is mainly abstract to nonobjective.
